Terms of Use
Web users and the users of certain services that this site offers are responsible for reading the Terms and Conditions beforehand. Using or accessing the site or the use of certain services that this site may offer will imply the acceptance without reservation, of the particular conditions, warnings or instructions or any particular conditions warnings or instructions that Sight Walking Dublin may establish at any time of a specific, substitutive or complementary nature to these Terms and Conditions.

Description of Services Offered
The www.sightwalkingdublin.com website and its owners, officers, directors and administrators offer accompanied guided walking tours of Dublin enabling visitors to discover the city at the prices indicated on each individual tour page

Description of Prices
The tours price will depend on the tour chosen.

Tour reservation process and booking period
Internet customers can reserve one of our tours by filling in our contact form or by emailing booking@sightwalkingdublin.com. Booking requests by internet customers must be within 72 hours in advance of the date chosen in order to be valid. Alternatively they can call us to book their tour.

The www.sightwalkingdublin.com internet site will reply regarding availability within 24 hours following receipt of the booking request. If there is no availability on the requested date, www.sightwalkingdublin.com will offer such dates and times that remain available.

If there is availability to meet an original request or acceptance of a revised request the www.sightwalkingdublin.com internet site will confirm the request by email and will send a request for payment via PayPal. It is not necessary to have a PayPal account to make a payment. Please note that tours will not be finalised until payment is received. Customers will then receive a confirmation email with the date, time and meeting point.

Online Payment
Online payment for Sight Walking Dublin tours booked on the www.sightwalkingdublin.com website can only be made online through PayPal after receiving an email payment request. This payment can be made using the customer’s debit/credit card or the customer’s own PayPal account. Payment online for a tour denotes the internet customer’s agreement to the Terms and Conditions including our Privacy Policy.

Cancellation
In the event of circumstances beyond their control, the www.sightwalkingdublin.com internet site may decide to cancel the tour booked. In such circumstances if a suitable date on which to reschedule the tour cannot be found the www.sightwalkingdublin.com internet site will make a full refund again via Paypal.

In the event of cancellation on the part of the internet customer, the www.sightwalkingdublin.com internet site will make a full refund provided the refund request is placed 72 hours in advance of the tour booked. If the request for a refund is placed within 72 hours the www.sightwalkingdublin.com internet site will refund 50% of the full price. Subject to mutual agreement, the cancellation fee may be applied as credit towards a rescheduled booking.

Personal Injury disclaimer
The www.sightwalkingdublin.com entity and its owners, officers, directors or administrators will not be held responsible for any injury, accident or incident during the Sight Walking Dublin tour booked. As walking is a physical activity and because tours take place near public thoroughfares, it could potentially result in injury or loss, including death.

By accepting the terms and conditions on the Booking Form on the Bookings Page, all participants are agreeing to the following personal statement:

I understand the nature of the Sight Walking Dublin activity, that it may involve physical activity and that I am qualified being in good health and in proper physical condition to participate in this activity. I do so voluntarily. I will accept my guide’s instructions during the Sight Walking Dublin tour. I understand that all streets adjoining the routes will carry public and private transportation and therefore vehicular traffic. I will obey all traffic laws and regulations. I am aware that no water stations exist on the routes. I understand therefore the risks and dangers of serious bodily injury, including permanent disability, paralysis and death. I understand that these risks and dangers may be caused by my own actions or inactions, the actions or inactions of others and/or the condition in which the activity takes place. I understand that there may be risks both social and economic losses either not known to me or not readily foreseeable at this time and I fully accept and assume all such risks and responsibility for losses, costs and damages that I may incur as a result of the participation in the activity. I will notify Sight Walking Dublin of any medical condition or medication that I am taking which may affect my participation.

Authority to Act as Agent
Where the booking is made by an individual on behalf of other participants, such individual confirms:

I represent and warrant that I have fully legal authority to complete the Booking Form on the Bookings page on behalf of all parties covered by my booking on www.sightwalkingdublin.com, including full authority to make use of the credit or debit card of PayPal account to which tour booking fees will be charged. In registering third parties, I represent and warrant that I have been duly authorized to act as agent on behalf of such parties in performing this event registration. By proceeding with the tour booking, I agree that the Terms and Conditions shall apply equally to me and to the third parties for whom I am acting as agent and shall indemnify the owners, officers, directors and administrators of www.sightwalkingdublin.com against all and any loss, damages or cause of action which might arise.

Release of Liability
I hereby release, discharge and hold harmless the owners, officers, directors and administrators of the www.sightwalkingdublin.com website/entity, their respective, agents, affiliated legal entities, officers, members, volunteers and employees, other participants, sponsors and advertisers from all liability, claims, demands, losses and/or damages caused , or alleged to be caused, in whole or in part by me or those for whom I act as agent, for any and all damages which may be sustained or suffered by me or those whom I act as agent with my or their participation in, and/or arising out of my travel to, taking part in or returning from a www.sightwalkingdublin.com activity.

Furthermore I will indemnify save and hold harmless www.sightwalkingdublin.com and its owners, officers, directors, administrators from any litigation expenses, legal fees, loss, liability, damage or costs which may be incurred as the result of such a claim.
